The Design Process: From Concept to Creation
Consultation

We begin with a detailed discussion about your event, exploring quantity, themes, color schemes, setups and design preferences. Our specialists help refine your ideas into practical designs optimized for glass application.

Design

Our design team creates a digital mock-up based on your input, ensuring proper scaling and placement on your chosen glass size. We consider how the design will interact with your centerpiece contents.

Approval

Review your custom design and request any adjustments needed. We offer two rounds of revisions at no additional cost to ensure your complete satisfaction before production begins.

Production

Our skilled craftspeople meticulously prepare and apply your vinyl design to each glass using specialized equipment that ensures perfect alignment and bubble-free application.

Delivery

Your finished centerpieces are delivered to your event place the day of. If it is available it can be done the day prior.

  1. Confirm your order with a 50% deposit
  1. Make final payment 10 days prior to event

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our centerpieces are priced based on three factors: glass size, design complexity, and order quantity. Most clients invest around $55-$75 per centerpiece.
